Mind Body Wellness Class Series: Hormones

Our wellness can sometimes get overlooked due to needing to tend to the different responsibilities we have, which may mean we may end up not experiencing or being the best we can be.  However when we do make the time to prioritize our wellness, it can make a positive difference in both our lives and the lives of those we love. 

At Vibrant Women Wellness Counseling (VWWC), we support women to become their best selves by providing wellness services of individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy, workshops on various wellness topics, social connection opportunities with other women.  We believe that our mental, physical, and spiritual selves are interconnected and that we are our best when all of those dimensions are supported. 

We invite you to prioritize your wellness by joining in our wellness workshops. You'll learn how to better understand your mental, physical, and spiritual needs as well as learn tips to help you better foster those needs. In the Hormones class, you will learn how hormones influence your mood, weight, sleep ability, concentration, and more.  You will also learn mental, physical, and nutrition tips to become in better balance.  We look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.
