Experience with NYS & NYC contracts and their budgets is required, in addition to experience with HHS Accelerator reporting, grants documentation and Indirect Cost Rate calculations for those contracts. The successful candidate will work in concert with the Agency’s team of Fiscal Directors, will work closely with program management to help them understand their fiscal activities, will coordinate responsibilities with all respective staff that provide fiscal or contract information, and will report to the Chief Financial Officer. S/he will be responsible for monitoring the fiscal activity of their assigned programs ensuring that all fiscal functions are appropriately and effectively carried out on a timely basis. This also includes processing contracts and reporting fiscal activity back to the funding agencies. An undergraduate degree and similar job experience is required as is experience in not-for-profit operations and accounting, along with significant analytical and communications skills concerning budgetary, operational, financial and related information.
