
The DSEA maintains the integrity of the database by:
Ensuring that data remains consistent across database(s)
Monitoring and maintaining system health and security
Employing backup processes and establishing disaster recovery protocols
Creating database management procedures
The DSEA empowers and enables all users of the system by:
Being the authority of data accuracy related to membership data
Serving as the primary point of contact for in-house questions
Working collaboratively across the organization, and listening to user needs
The DSEA supports organization performance by:
Turning data into insights
Building a well-defined library of reports
Conceiving of, developing and maintaining dashboards that support revenue growth and departmental performance
The DSEA also works with the QCC team to plan and execute special events:
Provide logistical coordination and creative oversight to agency special events
Develop marketing strategy and materials for event promotion
Work directly with vendors on contracts and event details
Manage event registration platform for sponsors and attendees
Oversee event from beginning to end

Preferred Qualifications
Database management experience, Event Bank or similar experience a plus Event planning experience
Problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
