What You Will Learn About:

• Some of the latest technologies used in digital marketing, sales and social media
• How to meet client objectives through teamwork and strategic innovation
• What it takes to drive business growth by focusing on target markets and buyers
• What You Will Learn to Do:

Manage and support marketing activities for the firm and its clients including blogs, emails, social media, content development/editing, online and offline events, and more.

Format content and design elements and effectively configure and publish new content using tools such as WordPress, Hubspot, MailChimp, Eventbrite and GoToMeeting.

Provide data entry, management and quality control support for sales customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Base, Zoho and Salesforce.com.

Build social media communities including promotion, engagement and interaction via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Slideshare, Instagram, etc.

Maintain websites using WordPress, Hubspot and other content management systems including adding new content pages, media, documents, resources and more.

Provide team support through transcribing meeting notes, preparing project updates, maintaining project status in online systems, and assisting with client coordination.

What We Offer: Depending upon the student, this can be configured as either an unpaid, for-credit learning opportunity applicable to your degree program, or as a paid internship for qualified candidates.
