Studio Art or Fine Art degree (BA/BFA or MA/MFA) Teach fundamentals in watercolor, acrylics, charcoal drawings & illustration for age 5-8.
NYS & NYC certified teachers will receive higher compensation than those who are not certified.
Minimum 1-2 year experiences as an assistant teacher and minimum 6 months of lead teaching experiences. Candidate must be able to demonstrate proficient classroom management for younger learners and artistic ability on various mediums. Paid training available for those candidates who successfully demonstrate 1st round of demo teaching and background reference checks.
