Con Edison Invest $1.7 Billion for Summer '08

Town Hall Meeting in Jamaica - July 31, 2008

In 2007, the New York State Economic Security Cabinet (ESC)was formed to bring together more than 20 state agencies to focus on the needs of working families.  Governor David A. Paterson today announced that his ESC will hold a series of Town Hall meetings throughout the State this summer to present its ideas for improving the economic wellbeing of low-income families and to get input from the public who will ultimately be affected by its decisions.
On Thursday, July 31, 2008, from 4-7PM, ESC will be hosting a town hall meeting at York College in Queens, New York.
