The Queens Chamber of Commerce and access.office are co-sponsoring a Customer Relationships Management Workshop on July 30, 2010 from 8:30 - 10 AM aimed at small to mid size business owners, CEO's, marketing managers and upper level staff.  This workshop is all about what goes before marketing and public relations, as this information will strengthen your inner activities.
